∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline, Preferred Commerce Background
∎ Skills Required: Accounting,Accounting Software,Accounts
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Accounts, Computer Operating, Computer skill, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Store, Store keeper
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Cement Industry, Developer, Engineering Firms, Inventory/Warehouse, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, requisition and daily transaction
∎ Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in software.
∎ Prepare account reports - daily, weekly & monthly & send it to head office
∎ Handle accounting software independently
∎ Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills
∎ Ensure bills and vouchers checking, verifying and proper recording as per guideline
∎ Maintain store and inventory in a systematic way
∎ Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking of
∎ materials as per procedure
∎ Inspect item, as to quality and quantity against freight document/challan
∎ Day to day inventory maintaining
∎ Update Daily Register (Manual & Digital)
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report
∎ Any other assignment is given by top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Literacy (MS Office, Internet, Email) is must.
∎ Knowledge in Inventory Software & Store Software will be needed.
∎ Knowledge in Store system & its SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
Salary: Negotiable
