Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Interior Design, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ BOQ of Architecture, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing from Auto CAD drawing.
∎ Cost Estimate & Analysis.
∎ Knowledge about current price of Materials
∎ Interior Estimate & Execution Cost.
∎ To prepare Tender.
∎ Establishes project timelines and coordinates work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary.
∎ Maintains relationships with vendors and outside contractors, and hires out work as necessary.
∎ Works closely with various colleagues, including architects, suppliers, contractors, painters etc.
∎ Work with the entire team, in office and outside.
∎ To perform any relevant job assigned by the Management.
∎ Knowing about any other Estimation Software given priority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD Designing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management
∎ Sketch Up.
∎ MS Office application.

Salary: Negotiable
