Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management and equivalent practical experience
∎ Skills Required: Estimating, Tendering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Construction Building, Estimating, Tendering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively source for new business opportunities in construction and main contractor spaces
∎ Evaluate bid qualification (bid go/no go) for new tender opportunities
∎ Produce a bid plan and submit pricing suggestions for review and approval
∎ Oversee all aspects of proposal presentation, ensuring commercially sound and compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner
∎ Review tender package requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal
∎ Collaborate with all stakeholders to include all necessary information in the proposal
∎ Organize and track all bid requests and proposal responses in a systematic way
∎ Prepare high quality presentations for both business development and tender submission purpose
∎ Schedule bid review meetings internally and arrange post bid reviews with clients and post contract award
∎ Manage the whole tender process, this include site visits, taking off, pricing with key subcontractor/ suppliers, engagement with consultant, tender clarifications/interviews, and handover meetings to follow colleagues for successful tenders.
∎ Have excellent experience in preparing proposals and publishing the same
∎ Evaluated bid specifications and prepared request of proposal.
∎ Provided technical assistance to team members and personnel.
∎ Have deep knowledge in engineering rules and regulations.
∎ Monitored and ensured compliance to company policies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Amazing organizational skills
∎ Ability to negotiate with clients
∎ Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
∎ Team working and leadership skills.

Salary: Negotiable
