Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Nutrition
∎ Masters in any discipline (but requirements of Masters degree can be relaxed for person with greater experience in Nutrition Sector)
∎ Skills Required: Administrative, Computer skill, Project Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication/ Public Relation/ Media, Field or Project Organizer, Program Officer/ Manager, Project Coordinator/ Officer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Is responsible for implementation of the project as designed, both the MAM and SAM component.
∎ Proposing as necessary concrete solutions to improve verifiable impact, appropriateness, efficiency, effectiveness, coverage, coherence, sustainability.
∎ Is familiar with country strategy, ACF WFP and GOB CMAM strategy.
∎ Should be familiar with other SHED other programmes,
∎ Must enforce technical monitoring tools, including close follow-up of programme indicators
∎ Ensure together with upazilla manager and nutritionist that essential forms format and OTP register are in place.
∎ Prepare donor, monthly programmatic reports in coordination with nutritionists and logistic officer according to reporting format provided and required by ACF and WFP.
∎ Follow up the monthly budget follow-up and stock position, in coordination with SHED Accountant PC, and logistic officers
∎ She/ He will spend 50% time at the field and 40% for official work, training and meeting
∎ Organize training for the newly recruited staff and CNWs in collaboration with the WFP and ACF.
∎ To carry out supportive supervision and motivation of staff under him/her.
∎ Plan and implement appropriate training curriculum for staff together with the technical support from ACF and WFP.
∎ Conduct staff appraisal of IMCN once in year and using a standard appraisal form.
∎ Recruitment against the vacant positions according to HR policy of SHED.
∎ Sought assistance from WFP and ACF for the recruitment if it is required.
∎ To carry out regular refresher training for staff as needed
∎ To decide on best locations and implementation mechanisms for OTP sites in coordination with ACF and WFP
∎ Represent SHED in meetings and thematic forums related to the programme at field level.
∎ Participate in technical meetings with the Nutritionists and ED in the coordination meeting (WFP, SHED and ACF).
∎ Coordination with other development organization related to additional support for OTP sites( Like- Safe water and sanitation)
∎ Regular communication with health and Family planning department in upazilla level
∎ Establishing HR policies of HR and compliance to Donors WFP and ACF policies.
∎ Ensure the coaching of supervisors (Upazilla Managers) to manage theirupazilla nutrition teams through supportive supervision.
∎ Prepare monthly financial projections with the program activity and submit the finance department of SHED and ED SHED.
∎ Manage activity budgets, control expenditures and report on the same to the finance officer /logistic officer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years experience of working in the field of Health and Nutrition, especially on program management. .
∎ Organizational Skills are necessary
∎ Ability work in a team
∎ Ability to ensure coordination and negotiation with stakeholders on ground
∎ Ability to use fluently MS office( MS Word, Excel, Power point and Access)
∎ Good command of spoken and written English and Bengali language.
∎ Local language will be given preference.

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)

∎ Other allowance and benefit will provide as per project FLA and SHED Policy.
