∎ Minimum 3 years of experience of working in child protection program in any NGOs and 1 year working experience in similar position.
∎ The candidate should have strong analytical abilities on child protection concerns in Rohingya refugee contexts.
∎ The candidate should have a strong command in related sectoral communication.
∎ The candidate will be given preference having knowledge in Child Protection, Case Management and community-based child protection prevention and response programming in Rohingya response.
∎ The candidate has experience on CPIMS+ premiere procedure, case management protocol and reporting system.
∎ The candidate has experience on MHPSS, Structure and Non-Structure Psycho-social Support.
∎ The candidate have knowledge and skill in computer literacy (MS office, internet, email management etc.), communication skill etc.
∎ Language proficiency is required both English and Bangla.
∎ The candidate should have strong competency in report writing in English.

∎ COAST has a zero-tolerance policy with regard to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse by its staff and personnel against the people they serve or staff. The selected candidates will be required to comply with the COAST’s PSEA Policy. Selected candidate/s will therefore undergo rigorous reference and background checks against their past behavior related to sexual exploitation and abuse and may be required to provide additional information further on in the selection process. If any candidate found and proved allegation of sexual exploitation and abuse against children or women, their application and recruitment process will be cancelled. A written acknowledgment will have to be submitted mentioning that the candidate her-self/him-self and their family will not commit and give any child marriage. The organization is seeking one female professional for below leadership position for the project titled “Strengthen the Protective Environment for the Children and Adolescents of Rohingya camps and Host Communities in Cox’s Bazar District” which is supported by UNICEF.
