Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fact finding and provide psychosocial support to survivors of sexual exploitation at institutional level and case management.
∎ Dialogue and alliance building with government officials, parents, religious leader, marriage registers, law enforcing agency, child welfare board, lawyers, public prosecutors, journalist, victim support center, teacher association, local government, etc. to increase stakeholders’ engagement to rescue survivors of children (SEC).
∎ Develop change agents amongst children groups using Standardized Adolescent Empowerment Package.
∎ Ensure project activities are implemented according to established project principles with adequate community participation.
∎ Represent the program at meetings, consultations, etc. for effective dialogue and advocacy at district, upazila and union level.
∎ Develop communications strategies and social media campaign to voice opinions and demand services for children and their protection.
∎ Train for government officials and law enforcement on investigation, traumatization and victimhood and/or child friendly court room procedures.
∎ Assist in running community based socialization center for children participation, education on social issues, social development and initiate case management for children who are at greater risk of sexual exploitation.
∎ Arrange district, upazila and union level advocacy and mass awareness campaigns/events.
∎ Organize life skills training for survivors and parents meetings on positive parenting for developing positive norms around SEC.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report and case studies as per deadlines.
∎ Ensure quality of project implementation activities and its documentation.
∎ Ensure the quality and impact of the program and ensuring that gender equity is addressed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Experiences on providing psychosocial care and support to survivors.
∎ Ability to convey information in an insightful and structured manner, both in written and oral presentations.
∎ Excellent management and organizational skills and ability to work independently.
∎ Excellent communication skills and reporting in English required.
∎ Experience in networking, advocacy and community mobilization.
∎ Conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results.
∎ Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office specially Office, Excel, Power Point, etc.
∎ Strong ability to work in a team and be supportive to others’ efforts and work.
∎ Consultative and collaborative approach to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
∎ Proven commitment to gender equality and disability.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholder and beneficiaries.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Travel and communication allowance may be provided as per organizational policy.
