Job Responsibilities:
∎ The project duration will be 12 months
∎ Minimum Qualification and Experience in 15 years
∎ The Program Manager will work under the instruction and guidance by Donars.
∎ Coordinate and participate in the health services planning and overall monitoring of activities
∎ Conduct analyses to support conduct negotiation
∎ Evaluate providers’ performance and contract compliance
∎ Prepare all periodic reports on project performance including membership registration
∎ Claim management and service utilization etc.
∎ Assist to conduct staff meeting
∎ Monitoring the quality of health services, claims invoicing and progressing monitoring of the membership registration and related activities.
∎ To collect sample verification of invoicing based on prescribed clinical protocols
∎ The duty station will be in field office.
∎ Frequent visit to all pilot hospitals will be require to supervise and monitor task of medical officers
∎ The duty station will be donor office with frequent visits to all donor pilot hospital to supervise and monitor tasks of Medical officers
∎ Responsible for monitoring the quality of health service, claims invoicing and progress monitoring of membership registration and related activities
∎ Responsible for sample verification of all invoicing based on prescribed clinical protocols
∎ Participate in different meetings/workshops, team planning to achieve the project goal
∎ Have strong will to learn through learning by doing process
∎ Provide all types of necessary supports to the Project office
∎ Willing to work in a team
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ 15 years work experience in health sector will be given preference
∎ Strong critical and analytical thinking capabilities
∎ Team building capacity
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Ability to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike license
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
