Job Context:
∎ PARI Development Trust is a national NGO registered with NGOAB working in greater Mymensingh. PARI is implementing community development, maternal & child health, nutrition, food Security livelihood, agriculture and child rights program in several Upazilas of Mymensingh, Netrokona, Sunamganj, Jamalpur, Sherpur and Tangail districts. PARI is going to implement a 3 years` period project "Rupantor Agriculture Development Project Phase-2" from July 2023. This project focuses on engaging marginal male and female farmers with agricultural activities using sustainable agriculture methods to meet their basic needs and nutrition as well as increase production, income and Agro-based income generating activities for the well-being of their family and community and thus transform their lives as a long-term impact in Kalmakanda Upazila under Netrokona district.
∎ The program seeks a contractual Program Manager (PM) and some Agriculture Facilitators (AF) to manage the project and drive to achieve the expected results through effective management and implementation of the program activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Female candidate is specially encouraged to apply. PARI is a safe and secured organization for female and strongly practices organizational values, norms and participatory approach, safeguard policies, gender policy, code of conduct, child protection policy, which in favor of female personnel to take meaningful participation in decision making process.
∎ At least 5 years' field experience but 3 years' at management level and have sound knowledge about integrated Community Development approach and good understanding on agriculture, food security, livelihood and institutional capacity building.
∎ Good English skills in both written and spoken.
∎ Shall have experience on proposal writing and budgeting, monitoring and reporting, finance management including MIS and risk management as well as safeguarding, donors' compliances etc.
∎ Shall have valid motorcycle driving license.
Salary:
∎ Around 35-39 thousand per month plus provident fund, gratuity and bonus as per organization`s policy are admissible.
