Job Context:
∎ PARI Development Trust is a national NGO registered with NGOAB working in greater Mymensingh. PARI is implementing community development, maternal & child health, nutrition, food Security livelihood, agriculture and child rights program in several Upazilas of Mymensingh, Netrokona, Sunamganj, Jamalpur, Sherpur and Tangail districts. PARI is going to implement a 3 years` period project "Nirapod" Food security and Livelihood Project from 1st October`2023 to 30th September 2026. This project focuses on engaging marginal male and female farmers with agricultural activities using sustainable agriculture methods to meet their basic needs and nutrition as well as increase production, income and agro-based income generating activities for the well-being of their family and community and thus transform their lives as a long-term impact in Nalitabari upazila under Sherpur district and Durgapur Upazila under Netrokona District.
∎ The project seeks a contractual some a Project Manager (PM) to manage the project and drive to achieve the expected results through effective management and implementation of the program activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Female candidate is specially encouraged to apply.
∎ At least 5 years' field experience but 3 years' at management level and have sound knowledge about integrated Community Development approach and good understanding on agriculture, food security, livelihood and institutional capacity building.
∎ Good English skills in both written and spoken.
∎ Shall have experience on proposal writing and budgeting, monitoring and reporting, finance management including MIS and risk management as well as safeguarding, donors' compliances etc.
∎ Shall have valid motorcycle driving license.
Salary:
∎ 60,400.00 per month plus other benefits as per organization`s policy.
