Job Context:
∎ MMS is looking for a compassionate, administrative Program Manager (Fe-mail) to oversee the essential program running of the Night Care Program. Program Manager is responsible for leading all program staff to ensure implement activities.
∎ working place : Doulatdia, Goalanda, Rajbari
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributes to the overall growth of the project- build relationships with mothers & Children in nearby communities.
∎ Prepares for Night Care each evening- prepare age-appropriate lesson plans; purchase food and supplies; ensure the Center is set up and clean; and prepare forms for Night Care.
∎ Oversee Night Care check in and check out- ensure that all mothers fill out the Child Information Form and check their children in or out appropriately and that attendance is accurately recorded each night
∎ Oversee Night Care program- provide a warm and nurturing environment; ensure the safety of each child, oversee the Night Care schedule (check-in, bath, dinner, lesson time, bedtime, check-out); maintain a log of any accidents, incidents, or medical concerns, oversee and document first aid and medicine administration.
∎ Manage Night Care Nannies- ensure all nannies and visitors operate according to proper Night Care policies and procedures; provide regular coaching as needed; conduct necessary meetings and trainings to create an organized, growth-oriented atmosphere.
∎ Mandatory Term & condition:
∎ Interested to work with brothel communities' children and mother.
∎ Night hold in Project campus with Nannies and Children.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 year's working experience in similar position with Brothel's mothers and Children.
∎ Pass a background check, with no prior child abuse record
∎ Strong understanding in Child protection related issues.
∎ Nurturing spirit and a love of working with young babies and toddler (0-5 years) of brothel community.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
Salary:
∎ Monthly BDT 25,000 to 27,000 (consolidated and will depend on educational experience attainment)
