∎ Post graduate (In the case of experienced candidates, educational qualification is loosely qualified)

Job Context:
∎ Project Duration: Up to December 2023
∎ Name of Donor: Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF)
∎ Name of Project: ALO (Alternative livelihood Opportunity).Under Women`s Voice and Leadership- Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to Program staff for implement the program activity.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly and annual work plan.
∎ Organize and facilitate different training, orientation and community gathering on Women's rights issues.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual donor reports and other project documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Job Experience: Minimum 3 years as NGO worker.
∎ Advance level of skills on computer operation including MS Office Package and Internet Browsing
∎ Have to interest work with brothel community and their children.
∎ Language proficiency:
∎ Bangla: Mother Tongue
∎ English: Medium level of reading, writing and speaking

Salary:
∎ Tk. 27000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable

∎ As per project budget.
