∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experiences: Minimum 5 years of experience of working in project leadership position in any NGOs. The candidate will be given prefer having knowledge in report writing (English and Bangla). The candidate must have knowledge and skill in computer literacy (MS office, internet, email management etc.). Language proficiency in English is must.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ COAST Foundation (www.coastbd.net) is an independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO) and received the special consultative status from UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). COAST has a zero-tolerance policy to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) by its staff against the staff and beneficiaries. The selected candidates will have to comply with the COAST’s PSEA Policy and s/he will be rigorously checked the reference and her/his past behavior related to sexual exploitation and abuse during the selection process. If any candidates found and proved allegation of sexual exploitation and abuse against children or women, then her/his application and recruitment process will be cancelled. A written acknowledgment has to be submitted mentioning that the candidate, him/her-self and her/his family will not commit and give any child marriage. The organization is seeking the position of Program Manager for the project titled “Strengthen the Protective Environment for the Children and Adolescents of Rohingya camps and Host Communities in Cox’s Bazar District” that is being implemented in Rohingya camps and host communities in Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary and benefits
∎ BDT 90,000 (Ninety consolidated) per month along with mobile and internet allowances as per project budget.
