The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka invites applications from Bangladeshi Nationals for a temporary position of Accounts Officer, ACMP 4.0 project (Contractual).

Job Location: MDP Office, IBA, University of Dhaka

Project Tenure: August 2025

Job Description/Responsibility

  • The overall responsibility of the designated post is to maintain project accounts of ACMP 4.0 project.
    He/she will have to perform his/her responsibilities under the direct supervision of the Program

  • Coordinator and Project Moderators. The major responsibilities of the designated post are as follows:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for participants and facilitators throughout the training program.

  • Coordinate schedules, venues, and other logistics to ensure seamless program execution.

  • Collect and distribute class materials and documents required for training sessions.

  • Compile and maintain project reports for review and documentation purposes.

  • Collect feedback from participants and facilitators to assess the effectiveness of training sessions.

  • Ensure the timely arrangement of training materials, equipment, and other resources.

  • Coordinate with vendors or support teams for any logistical requirements.

  • Communicate program details, updates, and requirements to participants via email, phone, or in-person meetings.

  • Address participant queries and resolve any issues promptly
