Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS Degree is required, preferably with Master's Degree in Public Health/International Health or relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.
∎ At least 10 years of experience in engaging and working with government, donor agencies and other national players; among which at least 6 years of experience in Newborn/Child Health related programs.
∎ Excellent understanding of Bangladesh health service delivery systems and extensive working knowledge in Newborn Health is required.
∎ Should have proven ability to conceptualize, analyze, innovate, plan, write and execute ideas, as well as impart knowledge and skills is required.
∎ Experience of managing and guiding a large team of specialized professionals.
