Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate, preferably with post graduate training in administration.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the overall guidance of the Country Lead- ASCEND the Administrative Assistant (AA) will be responsible for organizing and implementation of administrative works of the VL/LF program manager and the office of CL-ASCEND.
∎ Focal point to receive and send incoming and outgoing information to/from the office of the program manager of VL and -CL ASCEND.
∎ Provide guidance and update to the staff on the administrative processes and procedures.
∎ Assist the CL- ASCEND in developing the annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly reports.
∎ Maintain working relationship with relevant Government and non-government partners.
∎ Organize meetings, workshops and trainings and keeping and submitting SoE along with vouchers.
∎ Develop and maintain filing system.
∎ Any other task assigned by the line supervisor/s.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ At least 3 years of work experience with the VL program of Bangladesh
∎ Demonstrated knowledge and competence in administrative and clerical works.
∎ Familiar with MS word, MS excel.
∎ Problem solving abilities and quick thinker and a team player.
∎ Ability to balance competing priorities, work independently to efficiently meet deadlines
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written communication).

Salary:
∎ Negotiable as per the organization`s policy.
