Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the overall guidance of the Country Lead- ASCEND the Data Manager will be responsible for the development and maintenance of database for all project activities.
∎ S/He will be responsible for providing the accurate program data and for generating monthly updates.
∎ The incumbent will be required to identify the discrepancies in the data and rectify them to ensure availability of error free data for project activities.
∎ Develop and maintain data base for patients receiving MMDP services and hydrocele surgeries.
∎ Track the uptake of MMDP services among the patients enrolled for MMDP services.
∎ Support the development of App for LF and VL programs.
∎ Track the follow-up of LF cases post treatment and generate weekly reports.
∎ Assist the CL- ASCEND in the preparation of reports.
∎ Any other task assigned by the line supervisor/s.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ At least 5 years of work experience in large data bases preferably of large-scale public health programme.
∎ Problem solving abilities and a go getter.
∎ Skilled in supporting staff with a varied level of knowledge and capacities.
∎ Ability to balance competing priorities, work independently to efficiently meet deadlines
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written communication).
∎ Ability to network with people.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable as per organization policy.
