∎ Muslim Hands International is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid and sustainable development projects to communities in need around the world. Muslim Hands International is dedicated to alleviating poverty and suffering around the world. With a focus on sustainable development, emergency relief, and community empowerment, Muslim Hands International operates in various countries, including Bangladesh, providing aid and support to those in need regardless of race, religion, or gender. With a focus on serving vulnerable populations, Muslim Hands International Bangladesh operates various programmes aimed at improving education, healthcare, livelihoods, and emergency relief efforts. The Program Coordinator will support and plan to implement the programs.

∎ Job Responsibility:
∎ • Conduct program planning budgeting and implementation.
∎ • Plan, Develop and formalize new interventions.
∎ • Develop and initiate project implementation plans, budget and financing plan Assist in program planning budgeting and implementation.
∎ • Develop and formalize new interventions.

∎ • Identify new programming opportunities, joint implementation mechanisms and initiatives and mobilize resources.
∎ • Daily monitoring of the field interventions, and securing funding for new interventions in support of Rohingya Refugees particularly women children.
∎ • Facilities and support capacity building activities for field staff and stakeholders.
∎ • Assume the responsibility of preparing project progress reports, conduct feasibility studies for new interventions and liaise with project beneficiaries inside the camps to ensure their needs are reflected in project implementation.
∎ • Ensure file and records are well organized.
∎ • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, MHIBD program and financial management policies, procedures and audit requirements etc.
∎ • Identify new programming opportunities, joint implementation mechanisms and initiatives and mobilize resources.
∎ • Daily monitoring of the field interventions, and securing funding for new interventions to support Program.
∎ • Facilities and support capacity building activities for field staff and stakeholders.
∎ • Assume the responsibility of preparing project progress reports, conduct feasibility studies for new interventions and liaise with project beneficiaries inside the camps to ensure their needs are reflected in project implementation.
∎ • Ensure well organized filling and records are kept for each project.
∎ • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, MHIBD program and financial management policies, procedures and audit requirements etc.
