Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to carry out planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the ongoing project, therefore requires frequent field visit and travel to central office.
∎ Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain liaison and coordinate with Government, donor and the networks through teamwork.
∎ Good facilitation, material development and presentation skills.
∎ Able to work in team and lead team.
∎ Good communication and reporting skills (written and verbal) in both Bengali and English.
∎ Having good understanding on correlation between program - budget and financial management.
∎ Having experience in community development, PRA or conducting surveys and reporting.
∎ Able to ride Motor cycle and have valid driving license.
∎ Have good computer knowledge on - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using internet and online communication media (zoom, skype).
Salary:
∎ Tk. 55000 - 58000 (Monthly)
∎ Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund and Festival Bonus.
