Educational Requirements:
∎ Have minimum master degree from any reputed university with 8 years working experience in development field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support and assist planning and coordination of different programs and projects activities.
∎ Keep programs and projects implementation on track.
∎ Maintain and tracking budget expenditures.
∎ Monitor implementation of programs and projects.
∎ Ensure to prepare and submit reports of different projects on schedule time.
∎ Facilitate team work and work as a team leader.
∎ Coordinate communication between staff and stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate schedule of events of different programs and projects.
∎ Prepare project proposals and liaison with development partners for fund raising.
∎ Manage staff work assignments, workloads and work schedules.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fair understanding about gender, human rights, democracy, diversity, intersectionality, PVE and other contemporary development issues.
∎ Able to maintain liaison and coordination with government, donor and networks.
∎ Able to implement programs and projects in different situation.
∎ Clear understanding and capacity to articulate and use Theory of Change (ToC) and Logical Framework Analysis (LFA).
∎ Capacity to write concept note and project proposal independently and with team.
∎ Capacity to articulate different issues logically in speaking and writing both in English & Bangla.
∎ To be gender sensitive and respectful to the principle of non-discrimination, diversity and secularism are the prerequisite for application.
Salary: Tk. 85000 (Monthly)
