Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology, Diploma in Nursing
∎ Minimum 3 years diploma in paramedic, health technicians, nursing or any relevant subject

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct patients' health checkup under the guidance of team lead
∎ Promote Portable Health Clinic (PHC) entrepreneurship model among the graduate nurses, health technicians and paramedics
∎ Train and mentor new Health Assistants to expand PHC activities
∎ Report activities and outcomes to the superior on regular basis

Additional Requirements:
∎ Practical experience in healthcare service delivery and patients dealing
∎ Adequate knowledge in healthcare service of rural Bangladesh
∎ Working experience in healthcare research projects and organizations (preferable)
∎ Interpersonal communication and relation building skills with the rural communities
∎ Knowledge of ICT systems (including software, hardware and basic network technologies)
∎ Presentation, reporting and documentation skill
∎ Basic cultural awareness of community needs
∎ Capability to live and work in remote communities and/or challenging environments
∎ Willingness to travel to pilot areas in remote locations

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
