Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master in any discipline related to Business Development or Social Science (flexible in case of relevant experience). An MBA degree will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement a business/entrepreneurship model for low-income people
∎ Arrange promotional activities to create awareness of the social services
∎ Produce monthly, yearly reports by analyzing raw data from project activities
∎ Manage operational teams in rural areas
∎ Maintain active communication with Kyushu University research team in Japan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive knowledge of business and enterprise development
∎ Knowledge on Management Information Systems
∎ Knowledge and experience in monitoring and evaluation of social services or projects
∎ Working experience in a community development environment (preferable)
∎ Cultural awareness of community needs
∎ Capability to live and work in remote communities and/or challenging environments
∎ Knowledge on survey activities and procedure
∎ Basic knowledge on Information Technology
∎ Familiarity with statistics and statistical packages (preferable)
∎ Basic knowledge on digitization processes (i.e. data entry, data conversion, transfer and migration)
∎ Strong analytical ability
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Team leading capability
∎ Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
∎ Proficiency in both Bangla and English (written and oral)
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 45000 (Monthly)
