Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Development Studies (MDS), Master of Social Science (MSS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning-5%
∎ Support the elaboration of project work plans;
∎ Support the elaboration of project procurement plans.
∎ Program Implementation and Management-60%
∎ Provides administrative and operational support on the implementation of the project;
∎ Assist in projects financial resources management, human Resources Management, efficient procurement, and logistical services;
∎ Supports the elaboration of projects related to Terms of Reference;
∎ Follow-up, daily, with project partners and donors, to guarantee smooth implementation of administrative and operational activities of the project;
∎ Maintain up-to-date files and records of project documentation;
∎ Provide logistical support for workshops and other meetings as tasked by the project manager;
∎ Process project-related travel arrangements;
∎ Household visit of children at risk during field visit;
∎ Assist field staffs to collect post-sponsored children's data and compile those data for sharing;
∎ Make sponsored children' file and update those files from time to time;
∎ Take approval of Purchase Requisition, Money Requisition, TAF, KYC, Beneficiaries list, etc. and courier different documents to field offices;
∎ Keep tracking of KYC and make an excel sheet for that;
∎ Keep tracking of various training of CRP;
∎ Keep tracking of visitors to CRP.
∎ Managing and keep track of meetings of CRP.
∎ Monitoring & Evaluation-10%
∎ Collect data and analyze;
∎ Conduct field visit and prepare visit report with the recommendation;
∎ Monitor project activities and identify areas for improvement;
∎ Analyze progress of children well-being data collected from the field
∎ Advocacy & Communication-10%
∎ Ensure effective communications, visibility, and knowledge management
∎ Undertake field visits to gather the information and results related to the program
∎ Assist to develop BCC & IEC materials such as leaflets, quarterly newsletters, etc. 10%
∎ Reporting-10%
∎ Support the timely preparation and submission of progress reports, donor reports, project reviews, financial reports, audit reports, and any other required project reports;
∎ Collect case studies from field offices and prepare lesson learning documents
∎ Others-5%
∎ Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.
∎ Responsible for seasonal (Ramadan & Qurbani) & emergency response programs if require.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation and as well as Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Being a member of Islamic Relief as a child-friendly organization, it is the core responsibility and obligation of each staff member to understand and obey IR Child Protection & PSEA Policy and respond accordingly as and when required. 05%

Islamic Relief(IR) started working in Bangladesh in 1991 in order to help the distressed survivors of the devastating cyclone by providing emergency relief and supporting communities to rebuild in the wake of that cyclone. Initially, it focused on emergency relief & disaster preparedness activities. Later on, it expanded its programmes on both humanitarian and development challenges. Now it works in an integrated manner combining emergency humanitarian assistance, short-term work opportunity, shelter support, awareness & training on different DRR, climate change, development, health & hygiene and social issues, cash grant, IGA means, health & nutrition, safe water & sanitation, education, advocacy and linkage with different service providers. As a registered charity, IR is open and transparent; it continually assesses its work and operational methods to improve impact and effectiveness.
