Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop plants/saplings by plant seeds, thin the seedlings, and transplant to Tub/Flowerpot
∎ Make cuttings and take shoots or runners from grown plants and also perform grafting
∎ Organise variety wise production of quality saplings as production planEnsure spray on plants with fertilizers or pesticides, prune, water, and fertilize plants
∎ Examine the progress of young plants and make sure the plant gets enough sun and water
∎ Ensure harvest, transplant, cultivate, tend, prune, water, fertilize, and growth of plants and trees
∎ Observe diseases of plants and inform to management
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
