Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 01.Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
∎ 02.Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
∎ 03.Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity
∎ 04.Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
∎ 05.Perform verification of production output according to specifications
∎ 06.Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers
∎ 07.Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
∎ 08.Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
∎ 09.Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
