∎ Knowledge on production of seedlings/ saplings, watering, pruning, inventory management, fertilizing and cleanliness

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To supervise production worker and laborers for ensuring seedlings/saplings production, nursery cleanliness and overall nursery management
∎ To produce seedlings/ saplings, maintain and take care the seedlings/ saplings
∎ Maintain transplant seedlings/ saplings to the tub/flowerpot
∎ To organize variety wise production of quality saplings as production plan
∎ Ensure pruning, watering and fertilizer to plants, spray pesticides and fungicides
∎ To monitor the progress of young plants and make sure they get enough sun and water
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs delegated by the supervisor(s)
