Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all activities from cutting to shipment.
∎ Implement processes to improve efficiency & reduce cost per minute.
∎ Must possess leadership qualities, team building & be able to motivate team to exceed the targets.
∎ Having fair knowledge of IE, Lean & 6S.
∎ Ready to accept change management & open for new ideas.
∎ Having knowledge about man machine ratio, cut to ship ratio, & other modern management tools.
∎ Having working knowledge of MS Office & e-mail.
∎ Achieve optimum level of productivity as well as maintain AQL.
∎ Be responsible for all Production Department, Sewing, in terms of Quality, Compliance, House keeping and on time delivery.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product quality.
∎ Handle all kind of worker/labor related issues according Labor Law.
∎ Responsible to handle a floor (Sewing) independently.
∎ Have sound knowledge of audit requirements as per Factory Compliance.
∎ Bound by the terms and condition, policies, rules and regulations of Company or any new terms & conditions, policies, rules and regulations that become in future.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good worker management skill in sewing floor.
∎ Dedicated and highly motivated.
