Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team.
∎ To attain acceptable production limit and to ensure about the implementation of the production schedule.
∎ Having clear idea about the quality of garments accessories and to guide subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality.
∎ Report production related information in prescribed format in a given period.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
∎ Ensure Maintaining machines properly.
∎ To take the responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have Vast Knowledge about Garments Oriented Polybag.
∎ Manpower handling capability.
∎ Computer operating & software operating knowledge will consider additional qualification.
∎ Excellent Analytical Skills.
∎ Self-motivated and problem solving capable consulting with management.
