Oversee and manage daily factory production operations
Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
Lead, motivate, and manage production teams effectively
Collaborate with engineering and inventory departments to ensure smooth workflow
Identify process improvements and implement cost-saving strategies
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
Handle troubleshooting and minimize production downtime
Any other tasks as may be required by the company from time to time
