∎ BSc/MSc in EEE/Mechanical is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan the overall production strategy in line with business goals and objectives.
∎ Plan the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly production schedule as per sales requirement.
∎ Manage the production process including; implementation of production planning, material management, quality control, and delivery.
∎ Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and quality standards to improve efficiency and productivity.
∎ Ensure that production schedules are met, and products are manufactured according to specifications, quality standards, and cost targets.
∎ Manage and lead the factory team, including training, coaching, and evaluating team members.
∎ Identify and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
∎ Collaborate with other departments such as supply chain, sales, and customer service to ensure that products meet customer requirements and expectations.
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
∎ Maintain and improve workplace safety and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies and industry best practices, and applying them to improve the manufacturing process and products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Must have experience in the relevant field.
