• Age 25 to 36 years

• Sound knowledge of GMP, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and SOPs.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Supervise and monitor daily production processes to ensure compliance with GMP and company standards.

• Ensure smooth operations of manufacturing activities, including preparation, processing, and packaging of pharmaceutical products.

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance departments to address production-related issues.

• Prepare and maintain production-related documentation such as batch records, logs, and reports.

• Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure production timelines are met and maintain the highest level of product quality.

• Support troubleshooting of equipment and process issues to avoid production delays.

• Train and guide production staff to achieve optimal performance and maintain safety protocols.
