Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone.
∎ Follow up with customers and provide guidance on product selection.
∎ Disseminate product samples, posters, brochures, flyers etc.
∎ Distributing samples and providing feedback for improvement to the management team.
∎ Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
∎ Ensure delivery of products to customers in a timely manner.
∎ Reporting on time with proper structure to the line manager.
∎ Propose, prepare and execute creative marketing strategies which leads to sale.
∎ Handle complaints; Provide appropriate solution and alternatives within the time limits.
