Job Responsibilities:
∎ Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and competitor’s analysis.
∎ Managing the product line life cycle (Analysis, Product Design, R&D Communication, QA Test etc.) from strategic planning to tactical activities.
∎ Work closely with UI/UX team to convert and communicate the product features into the UI/UX design and flows
∎ Define product roadmap and set priorities based on market demands.
∎ Responsible for product launch and release plans.
∎ Monitor and propose prices on products & services to meet revenue and profitability goals.
∎ Need to work to prepare product related documentation like product manual and others
∎ Need to work closely with business team in order to prepare proposals for large critical projects
∎ Collaborate with R&D team to create strategies on adoption of new technologies
∎ Need to organize training on newly released features for marketing, sales and support
∎ Consult with Client Services team (Support Team) to ensure appropriate service levels for the product line.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years of relevant experience as product marketer and/or product management for a technology product
∎ Strong Experience in UI/ UX Design and converting feature scenarios into user design flows.
∎ Background in B2B SaaS product management or product marketing a plus
∎ Experience launching new products and solutions
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions, and articulate the vision of the company and products, both internally and externally
∎ Analytical, results and detail-oriented who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels
∎ Motivated self-starter, capable of taking initiative
