∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving goals and margin on the assume line or group of products during accounting period.
∎ Preparation and implementation of marketing plans and acquisition of marketing budgets from the suppliers.
∎ Creation of the portfolio products by negotiation with suppliers and competitors action analysis (included pricing).
∎ Sales support by knowledge of the run line (providing all product details) - Organization of internal and external development products training.
∎ Caring for the stock effectiveness on the assigned lines or product groups.
∎ Establish and maintain positive and long term relationship with the Key Suppliers.
∎ Collecting market information of the competition, suppliers and partners activities (product trends, plans and development of vendors).
∎ Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
∎ Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
∎ Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
∎ Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
∎ Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
