Responsibilities & Context:
Create, edit, and upload product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify).
Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories for search ranking and conversions.
Upload high-quality product images, ensuring correct format and specifications for each platform.
Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify relevant keywords and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure listing content aligns with brand voice and promotional strategies.
Monitor and update existing listings for accuracy and performance, including prices, inventory levels, and product variations.
Assist with creating promotional content and running A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
Stay updated on platform policies and trends to ensure compliance with guidelines and optimize listing performance.
Respond to customer inquiries related to product listings when necessary.
