∎ Having good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Good computer knowledge
∎ For the position of Senior Product Development Officer, Candidates should be at least 3 years experienced in any Reputed Pharmaceuticals Company.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop formulation and manufacturing process of new products.
∎ To review the formulation of existing products & act to reduce formulation cost as well as to solve any problem regarding manufacturing, stability, quality etc. if required.
∎ Prepare SOPs, Product brief, recipe & Annexure and prepare sample for submission to DTL.
∎ Manufacturing of Process Validation batches.
∎ Prepare of PV Protocol, BMR, BPR, PV report and others formulation related documents.
