∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Computer in Graphic design
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Graphic Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new and innovative handicraft products for the domestic and international markets.
∎ Work on promotional activities including sample development, product packaging, taking product images, and participating in product research and development.
∎ Make prototype samples as per specifications or ideas provided by buyers, and the design and marketing departments.
∎ Create new product ideas and develop new product lines.
∎ Assist in quality assurance of finished products and provide required training on product development, appropriate production processes and quality control systems to the producers and the production staff.
∎ Work closely with the supervisor and coworkers to be able to meet the design needs of marketing and design departments, and production units.
∎ Be flexible to work outside of the office, beyond office hours, and off/holidays when needed.
∎ Maintain good relationships with all staff of Prokritee and its partners and stakeholders.
∎ To ensure quality, appropriateness and fair prices of the materials and services during the procurement process and checking of the product quality throughout the production process.
∎ Assist in product costing and pricing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in product development and design
∎ Ability to carry out stated responsibilities and flexibility to work with changing priorities.
∎ Knowledge in photography
∎ Capability in demonstrating illustrative skills with sketches.
∎ Willingness to work in a team and have high respect for the producers and staff members of the organization.
∎ Eager to travel to different places as necessary.
