Responsibilities & Context:
Role Summary:
The Product Design Executive will be responsible for developing market-driven designs for rexine, floormats and related product categories. This role is critical in enhancing product appeal, supporting sales growth and strengthening the company’s competitive positioning in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Develop innovative designs for VIP, Lota, Lanka and Floormat products. Create textures, patterns and color combinations.
Market-Driven Design: Collaborate with sales to understand demand and analyze competitor products and trends.
Sampling & Production Coordination: Coordinate with factory for color matching, embossing and sample accuracy.
Design Pipeline Management: Maintain structured workflow from concept to launch.
Continuous Improvement: Refine designs based on feedback and performance.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on output and progress.
