Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, public administration, or a related field with 5 years experience or Master's Degree with three (3) years experience of grants administration, accounting or financial management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience with international donor (USAID, World Bank, UN, DIFID, etc.) funded program(s) is desired, but not essential.
∎ Demonstrated experience in leading grant solicitation, due-diligence, selection, award, monitoring & evaluation and closeout of a large grants program; USAID grant making experience is a significant advantage
∎ Extensive experience working with counterparts at various levels of government and/or the private sector
∎ Familiarity with USAID and US Government regulations preferred
∎ Outstanding team management skill
∎ Demonstrated ability to collaborate, willingness to innovate and ability to think systematically
∎ A proven ability to achieve concrete results under time constraints
∎ Fully computer literate and demonstrated high standard of financial reporting
∎ Ability to work within multi-national teams
