∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize all procurement activities relating to request for proposals and price quotes.
∎ Review requisitions for completeness and accuracy
∎ Identify available suppliers for each requisitioned item.
∎ Organize and maintain computerized records containing vendor and offer information.
∎ Process requisitions into purchase orders
∎ Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining general files, typing, data entry,
∎ Correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability, and delivery.
∎ Respond to inquiries from different Department regarding requisitions, purchase orders, contracts and pricing information.
∎ Perform any other task is assigned by management from time to time.
∎ Procurement of all material for existing and new products.
∎ Develop alternative sources of material
∎ Evaluating the potential vendor for feasibility
∎ Follow-up for timely delivery
∎ Follow-up of payment
∎ Facing Internal & External audit
∎ Liaison with all type of product suppliers/ vendors/Co. etc.
∎ Facilitate sourcing and on-boarding of supplier.
∎ Identify new product prospects
∎ Others duty assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
