Additional Requirements:
  • Age 40 to 45 years
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Documentation, with a strong track record in program monitoring and implementation.

  • Proven experience in data collection, management, and analysis for development or donor-funded projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to design M&E systems, develop indicators, and conduct both qualitative and quantitative data collection.

  • Hands-on experience in developing and utilizing mobile-based data collection tools such as SPSS, Kobo Toolbox, etc.

  • Ability to produce high-quality reports in both English and Bangla.Comprehensive understanding of web-based MIS systems and the ability to operate and manage them effectively.

  • Strong skills in data management, analysis, and interpretation using Excel or other spreadsheet tools are essential.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook;



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Design and execute a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework that aligns with project goals, donor requirements to effectively track progress and impact.

  • Collect, analyses, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to assess project performance and outcomes.

  • Conduct regular field visits to verify data accuracy, evaluate the quality of activities, and gather real-time feedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders.

  • Ensure that all M&E activities are inclusive and participatory, particularly addressing the needs of marginalized groups, such as women, vulnerable populations, and other disadvantaged communities.

  • Prepare timely M&E reports that provide detailed insights into project progress, key outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned.

  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient data management system that ensures accurate recording, storage, and easy accessibility of all M&E data for reporting and analysis.

  • Organize workshops, and reflection sessions with project staff, partners, and stakeholders to review M&E findings, share experiences, and identify areas for improvement in project strategies.

  • Provide technical support and training to project staff and partners on M&E tools, methodologies, and processes to build their capacity in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to adapt project strategies and activities based on monitoring results and evaluation findings, ensuring a process of continuous improvement
