Experience:
Collaborate with local stakeholders, including community members, CSOs, youth networks, and local authorities, to promote active civic engagement and citizen participation in local governance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local government bodies, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth project implementation.
Organize and facilitate capacity-building workshops for community groups, CSOs, and local youth on topics related to civic rights, responsibilities, and governance.
Provide technical support to community-based organizations (CBOs) and CSOs on advocacy, social accountability tools, and monitoring of public services.
Monitor project activities regularly to assess progress, challenges, and impact, ensuring that all project activities meet their expected outcomes.·
Prepare and submit regular project reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to the Project Manager, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
Document success stories, challenges, and innovative solutions emerging from the project to contribute to knowledge sharing and learning.
Work closely with the Finance and Admin Officer to manage procurement processes, logistics, and other administrative tasks.
Assist the Project Manager and ED-partner NGOs in planning and organizing project activities, ensuring that they align with the overall project objectives.
Develop detailed work plans for project implementation, outlining specific activities, timelines, and resource requirements.
Oversee the work of Upazila Coordinators, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to carry out their tasks effectively.
Coordinate and monitor field activities, such as community meetings, workshops, and training sessions, to ensure they meet project objectives.
Facilitate dialogue and collaboration between different community groups, fostering an environment of trust and cooperation.
