Job Context:
∎ BADAS-Perinatal Care Project (PCP) is a joint collaboration between the Diabetic Association of Bangladesh (BADAS) and Institute for Global Health (IGH) University College London, which has been working since 2002 on health issues. BADAS-Perinatal Care Project is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Process Evaluation Officer for its "Developing and evaluating an adapted behavioural activation intervention for people with depression and diabetes in South Asia (DiaDemM)" project.
∎ Duration: 12 months, possibility of extension for 3 years

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review of the literature, including examining global and country-specific policy documents relevant to mental health and NCD in LMICs.
∎ Contribute to developing qualitative sampling framework and topic guides
∎ Conduct in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with policy makers, patients receiving the intervention, their families and health care staff.
∎ Collect, manage, transcribe and analyze qualitative data
∎ Compile process related documents, analyze data and write descriptive and analytic reports of findings in English
∎ Document case studies, best practices and lessons learned from the project
∎ Maintain regular correspondence with the field Staff, members of the project team in Dhaka and abroad

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of experience in areas mentioned above under responsibilities
∎ Good written and spoken English
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to build rapport with the team and in a community setting
∎ Willingness to travel outside Dhaka
∎ Willingness to learn and develop skills

Salary: Tk. 55000 (Monthly)
