Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meticulously recording all financial transactions, including income, expenses, investments, and liabilities.
∎ Financial Statements: Maintaining accurate financial statements like the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
∎ Reporting: Preparing financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clarity and adherence to accounting standards.
∎ Preparing tax and vat returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
∎ Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and implementing budgets and forecasting future financial performance.
∎ Internal Controls: Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure data integrity
∎ Maintain and handle payroll.
∎ Payment of bill with maintaining the of compliance of donor and BADAS-CHRI
∎ Checking bill vouchers
∎ Documentation and preservation of the all kind of bill voucher with safe custody
∎ Follow the procurement process /steps according to financial policy and practice
∎ Received TER from staff (Travel expenses report) and prepare TER summery and check according to the policy.
∎ Support to the external and internal audit while perform
∎ Support for venue selection/hire for several workshop, seminar, training, exhibition & day observation.
∎ Contribute to the vendor selection process when required.
∎ Hire rent a car for project staff
∎ Motor cycle/Car maintenance and log sheet check
∎ Maintain asset register and look after office asset and equipment’s
∎ Maintain courier and dispatch register
∎ Official filling and contract preserve as ready reference
∎ Liaison with BADAS head office when necessary
∎ Supervise office safety and cleaning
∎ Prepare summary for rent a car bill/invoice with by 15 days basis and will submit to office for bank transfer to the vendor.
∎ Store management
∎ Assist to ensure Invitation & letter distribution.
∎ Assist to arrange & distribute the refreshment item during the event.
∎ Arrange logistic (stationery, food, vehicle, banner etc.) for Meeting/Workshop/Training/Seminar as and when require.
∎ Any other task as supervisor’s assign for official.Other Miscellaneous: Office may assign for any other job as emergency basis beyond the above task as and when require and after office period.Reporting: Reportable to the Manager- Grants for the tasks under jurisdiction.
