যেকোনো বিষয়ে স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রিধারী হতে হবে। কর্পোরেট হাসপাতালের Patient Relation/Guest Relation বিভাগে কমপক্ষে ৩ (তিন) বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। Patient Counselling, Complaint Resolution, Service Recovery, Communication Skill ও Customer Satisfaction বিষয়ে দক্ষ হতে হবে
