Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA from reputed University with major in Finance/ Accounting.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and following up of financed projects during implementation.
∎ Post implementation monitoring of all completed projects till redemption of loan.
∎ Inspection on regular basis to ascertain progress/ status of implementation/operation of projects.
∎ Preparation/ analysis of reports/ statements of Bangladesh Bank/ other agencies diligently ensuring timely submission.
∎ Maintaining communication and relationship with borrower/company and financiers with the ultimate objective of recovery of company's investment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Experience in DFIs/ Bank would be a plus point.
∎ Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication capability in Bangla and English.
∎ Sound knowledge and Competence in MS Office.
Salary:
∎ BDT 403,200/- per year in the relevant company (salary) scale.
