∎ • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
∎ • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of teachers and support staff.
∎ • Understanding of modern educational practices and the challenges facing vocational training.

∎ • Supervise and guide teachers and staff, promoting their professional development and continuous improvement.
∎ • Manage the school's budget, resources, and facilities.
∎ • Maintain good relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community.
∎ • Work closely with the board to achieve the school's mission and goals.
∎ • Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that encourages student growth and success
