Responsibilities & Context:
∎ I. General requirement·
∎ · Age 35-45 years.
∎ · Educational: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business administration, food science, nutrition and other related fields.
∎ · Institutional Background: Graduated from a public institution with a solid industrial knowledge.
∎ · Language skills: good communication skills. Good oral and written English.
∎ · Health status: good healthy and able to withstand some work pressure and business travel.
∎ · Place of work: Dhaka (Gulshan).
∎ II. Work experience·
∎ Industry Experience: Extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry or related field, 15+ years required.
∎ · Management experience: served as general manager or senior management positions in food and beverage production enterprises, with more than 8 years of work experience in the same position, with experience in the same position in the packaged snack food is preferred.
∎ · Requirements: Lead the overall operational management of a food and beverage company with more than 800 employees and annual sales of more than $50 million, and have an excellent business performance.
∎ III. Specialized skills
∎ · Professional knowledge: Familiar with market dynamics, policies and regulations, production process, quality control in the food industry.
∎ · Management ability: with practical experience in corporate strategic planning, internal process management, target management, budget management, team building, and corporate culture building.
∎ · Decision-making ability: strong ability in organization, leadership, planning, coordination, command and other comprehensive qualities, as well as good analytical judgment, decision-making ability and language skills.
∎ · Experience in setting up a food and beverage factory is preferred.
