∎ We are seeking an experienced and highly capable CEO to lead and manage our labor company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the labor market, recruitment, and human resource management. The CEO will be responsible for setting the company's strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Position Requirements:
∎ • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Master’s degree preferred).
∎ • At least 10 years of experience in senior management, with preference for candidates with experience in the labor or recruitment industry.
∎ • Deep understanding of labor market dynamics and employment regulations.
∎ • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ • Ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
∎ • Strategic thinker with a focus on business development and growth.
