Experience:
Graduates from reputable public universities will be given preference.

Proven experience in managing modern educational institutions with technology-enabled classrooms and contemporary learning environments.
Strong understanding of academic administration, institutional governance, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated ability to drive institutional development, student enrollment, operational excellence, and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the Institute to achieve academic excellence and organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with the policies, regulations, and guidelines of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) and other relevant regulatory authorities.
Lead academic planning, curriculum implementation, teaching standards, student assessment, and continuous quality improvement.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance student enrollment, academic performance, institutional reputation, and long-term sustainability.
Prepare and manage the annual budget while ensuring effective utilization of institutional resources.
Build and strengthen collaborations with government agencies, industry partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
Promote industry-academia partnerships, institutional collaborations, and employment opportunities for students.
Oversee the Institute's administrative, academic, financial, and operational functions in coordination with the Head Office departments, including HR, Administration, Finance & Accounts, Procurement, Internal Audit, IT, and Engineering.
Lead, mentor, develop, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure effective student services, academic counseling, discipline, career guidance, and stakeholder engagement.
Supervise institutional records, compliance documentation, reporting systems, and regulatory requirements.
Organize academic, technical, cultural, and co-curricular programs to enrich student development.
Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning practices aligned with modern educational standards.
Monitor institutional performance through data-driven analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop future leaders and succession plans to ensure sustainable institutional growth.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
