∎ Able to showcase leadership skills and manage a small team
∎ Good tidy appearance, bright personality and great presentation skills
∎ Able to interact with audience and engage them
∎ Understand product detail and deliver product information in an engaging way to attract customers
∎ Work independently and also as part of a team thus contributing in the performance of the Company’s Sales Dept.
∎ Regularly update self in respect of product knowledge, features and amenities of company projects
∎ Basic technology, IT, general software-use knowledge
∎ Good English communication skills: written and verbal

∎ Age at most 40 years
